A new directory has been added to the Mahitahi Hauora website to make it easier for people with disabilities in Northland to find the services, support, information and resources they need.

The Disability Services directory creates one place people can go to find links, contact details, and brief descriptions of the disability support services and resources available. It covers disability equipment and aids, disability support services, and information and advocacy groups.

Content for the new directory was compiled by Elinor Niha and Anaru Ruka, who have lived experience of disability and serve as members of the Mahitahi Hauora Community Voice Advisory Group.
