About Us: Ki A Ora Ngātiwai is dedicated to delivering high-quality primary health, and public health services across the Ngātiwai rohe. Based in Te Kamo, Whangarei, our GP clinic operates alongside our Whānau Ora nursing team who provide a clinic in Te Kamo and mobile outreach clinics in rural areas.

We are seeking a passionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team and work alongside the GP clinic, FTE negotiable. If you’re ready to shape clinical workflows, enhance patient care, and make a meaningful impact in the community, we’d love to hear from you.

Our clinic operates weekdays from 9am to 5pm.

About You: A skilled and qualified Nurse Practitioner ideally with experience in general practice or primary car with a current NZ practising certificate who is committed to delivering outstanding, patient-centred care.

The ideal candidate will:

• Offer comprehensive primary care, including patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests within their scope of practice.
• Work collaboratively with GPs, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff for holistic patient care.
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic condition management.
• Play a key role in shaping and streamlining clinical workflows.
• Maintain high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and ongoing professional development.
