ViewThe Manage My Health patient portal empowers users to take control of their health and wellbeing by providing easy access to a range of online tools and services. Users can book appointments, make payments, view lab test results, order repeat prescriptions, and access their health records. Practices also have the option to offer video and phone consultations, secure messaging between patients and healthcare providers, and timely reminders for appointments and health records. Additionally, users can manage their health goals, track progress, and share their health information securely. The portal is free to access, thanks to the Ministry of Health’s Sponsored Data initiative, and ensures the safety and security of user information.
Patient Dashboard allows one single screen to display all key clinical information that is relevant to the routine management of the patient including clinical tasks and links to many of the forms needed for routine clinical care.
This add-on allows for referrals through HealthLink. It does NOT include Monthly Firewall Management Fee, Messaging Subscription Fees or Clinical Documents.
This includes Advanced Form, Patient Dashboard and Webconnect.
