Our Clinical Governance Group

Our Clinical Governance Group helps us to:
• identify, develop and implement a range of appropriate and relevant clinical performance indicators
• monitor achievement of our clinical performance indicators on a quarterly basis, and provide advice to the Board on any issues that are identified
• provide clinical advice
• provide advice and assistance in dealing with clinical governance issues
• oversee ongoing quality improvement
